The Eleventh Hour: 5.3 Refuge

This is a rough draft of Refuge form the Eleventh Hour Arc of The Adventure Zone: Balance. I plan on uploading all of my boards from the campaign in the near future but I need this one backed up in case my current party breaks it.

 

I took a number of the NPC buildings from the official build repository which unfortunately does not at this time credit the authors. I will add their names in future if this feature is implemented.
