This chapter is designed as a narrative and scenic board, built to set the tone and atmosphere rather than tactical combat. The airship itself was originally created by Clarity Key, here slightly adapted to match the lore and the “low-tech” sorcery of this campaign.
Above the Dominions’ Skies is meant to be paired with Part 3 — Savage Skies of the Crimson Night, forming a two-part arc: the calm voyage above Xothl’s jungle… and the brutal aerial clash that follows.
⚠️ Note to Game Masters: for the campaign to unfold properly, the airship must ultimately fall — one way or another — crashing down into the depths of a lost cenote. (This will be the opening scene of Part 4, coming soon.)
