Not bad, but it’s sooooo symmetrical. You should add elements of asemtry to it, like a balcony, a roof on the first floor, left side. A tower maybe. It’s just kinda a box right now.
Yeah it totally is. I was hoping diagonal walls would appear soonish so I can make it into a sun shape with different wings. I’ll work on implementing this tomorrow, cause those are all great ideas!

Okay I thought about this hard today. This box was me attempting to learn the intricacies of the marble palace tile set. I feel comfortable enough with it now to do some real work on this. I’m gonna completely remake this temple in a super cool way that would make the morninglord proud. Stay tuned.
When you go back to editing, something to really consider are all the uniform straight angles you have which make up the piece. Your building is essentially a single box. Think of adding additional shapes to the overall piece to create an entirely new composition. Non-artists will not be able to tell you what is wrong with the piece, that there just is.
I’ve found some inspiring concept art that might help you generate some ideas when building. Don’t feel intimidated by level of detail, just take away the shapes of the building and individual rooms:

Version 2 is a complete redo. Still not the vision of what I imagined. Guess I’ll have to wait till we get some diagonal walls.
