The dreaded Neogi Nightspider (or for you TSR players, the Deathspider) is a metallic nightmare ship, born from sympathetic magic to arachnids, married to a wood-metal frame.  The nightspider is fit for a crew of at least twenty neogi, four umber hulks, and a retinue of slaves, as the neogi masters prowl wildspace in search of new acquisitions and servants.

This ship is built to spec, compatible with 5e and TSR floorplans (as reasonably as I could make it with my free time), with two notable exceptions:  the two ballistae from the forward battle deck have been moved to the front of the ship in two “eyesockets”, as this was both nicer to model with the nightspider’s abdomen, and also making more tactical in a forward arc next to the captain’s helm.  The other exception is the retractable translucent abdomen, which is completely unreasonable to model—short of using Houdini or another nonhuman tool—and so the rear mangonel and ballistae are permanently exposed.  Otherwise, all chambers are modeled according to official floorplans, with minor exceptions to fit within TaleSpire’s grid.  Minimal cargo with a crossbow range is modeled on the primary deck, so that you can quickly clean it up or refill it as you may have need.  The cargo doors open to empty space, per the official floorplan.

This is currently posted as a 0.9 WIP, as I may in the future add a second layer to be copypasted atop this slab, for all the webbed rigging.  The current slab would exceed the asset limit for what I have in mind.

Plug your nose before entering the umber hulk pens, and enjoy!
