This is a small manor for perhaps a middle class resident or a family of the lower class. The bathroom of the first floor bathroom is unfinished and can be easily edited out and turned into a store room. Can easily be used for cities that have a sewer system for perhaps some really daring adventurers break in from below. It is three floors and is completely WASD movement enabled (with no known issues as of yet) for those who do not like to click and drag.
