Skinny House: urban alchemist’s eccentric home

Need a tall, skinny home to fit between two bigger homes in your city?

This build was inspired by a YouTube video* about an architect’s home built in the alley between two big Victorian houses. It had a neat floor plan and seemed quirky enough to be the abode of an eccentric alchemist wizard.
From the base level up, it features: a large underground bathing room, an entrance hall and a dining room, a kitchen, a bedroom and small bathroom, an office/alchemy workshop, an attic, and the space for a rooftop garden or telescope.
As it was built to have as compact of a width as I could make it, it is more a design piece than a great place for an adventure (combat will be tiiiiiiiight! It’s only 4 tiles wide!), but I figured it may tickle someone else’s funny bone.

Very cool build! I immediately pictured it being on a overcrowded imperial city, like in WFRP.
That’d be really cool!
One of these days I’ll build a really big city and have this somewhere 😉
