A clean, repetitive clang of a hammer on metal comes from a building in front of you. A hulking mass of a man with striking reddish beard working the forge glances at you with a frown without stopping his work and you notice numerous cut scars on his right arm - some of which looks unsettlingly fresh for this peaceful village...
A rural blacksmith's workshop with a hidden altar - you can place a tiny hide volume to easily reveal a hidden entrance.
On the side there's a building without landscaping and a cultist altar.
