This is my homebrew campaign setting map!

The majestic floating island of Primesreach boasts an enchanting valley that unfolds like a tapestry of diverse biomes and breathtaking landscapes. Encircled by rugged peaks that stand as unyielding guardians of isolation, this sanctuary beckons adventurers to embark on a journey through its captivating realms. In the wintery north of Primesreach are the Evergreen and the Everwhite. The Evergreen is a forest of skybound pine trees etched with runes that glow faintly beneath canopies that shine with the reflection of the sun. Babbling brooks and creeks wind through its bioluminescent undergrowth, where crystal-feathered birds and moss-bound creatures roam among timeless groves and the history they hide. Beyond, the Everwhite tundra stretches in dazzling stillness, its ice transparent like glass beneath the snow, making visible the life teeming below. Glaciers pulse with arcane energy, and countless crystalline flowers chime in the frosty winds. To the east lies the Eldenglow Forest, a realm of majesty and ancient wonder. Here, the canopy stretches high above, adorned with enormous bioluminescent mushrooms that cast a soft, iridescent glow of blue, pink, and yellow upon the forest floor. The mighty forms of towering trees are adorned with unending tendrils of moss, providing shelter for mystical creatures to roam freely amidst the dance of light and shadow. It is as if the past itself speaks through the Eldenglow, and ruins long lost to time wait to reveal their secrets. Venturing westward, one encounters the Ethereal Plain, a verdant expanse of grasslands featuring colossal shards of colorful crystal that stretch as far as the eye can see. The gentle undulations of the land are parted by meandering azure rivers that weave pathways through emerald fields and bountiful orchards teeming with flowers of varying translucence. On the edges of the plain, sun-kissed meadows give way to lush groves and glades that provide respite to those who roam there. In the southern reaches of the island lies the Ravensand, a desert of mesmerizing beauty and unforgiving terrain. Here, the earth is cloaked in black sand that shimmers violet in the light of the moon, illuminating the sea throughout the night. Despite the harshness of the desert’s embrace, life perseveres, as oases emerge like mirages on the horizon, their lush foliage and cool waters offering refuge to those brave enough to traverse the treacherous sands. At the heart of Primesreach lies the Havenheart Basin, a vast body of freshwater that mirrors the cloudless sky above. Over time, the titanic deciduous tree that resides at its core has become a peerless avian retreat. The basin serves as a lifeline for all, offering nourishment and sustenance through the rivers and tributaries that flow from it. The basin is a source of tranquility and vitality, the surface reflecting the ever-changing hues of the surrounding landscape.
