Perched high atop a mountain is an observation tower. With gondolas to bring you to the site, and a great lift system that will take the poor people to one of the lower observation decks, and the wealthy to the upper most deck, with separate bathrooms for the poor and wealthy alike. Oddly the floor below the high observation deck is restricted. Why? What are they doing there?
