Beneath the safe zone, in the subway tunnels once used to traverse the ruined city, people have begun to go missing. Lured away by something only they can hear or see, they enter the dark tunnels alone, never to return.
A small dungeon, with multiple close entrances, accessed through a subway tunnel. In my game the lair is home to a supernatural undead creature, but it could probably work for a beast infestation, a horrible mutant, or an apocalyptic cult.
The subway tunnel is built off of zerosol's excellent Impulse City Yellow Line board.
