New Albion City : Blue Apartment

Thanks to the cyberpunk update, I’m reworking my New Albion City Collection to be more thematic to the 18th century.

Here is the Blue Apartment. It is designed to serve as a residential or housing unit but can easily be transformed into a small pub or shop (Which was common in the 1800s). It features a Parapet top floor and a Mansard roof (from 16-17th century French Baroque Architecture).
