The Arcadian is an apartment and penthouse building typically found near academies and colleges to serve as a dormitory for those that can afford it. Its design appeals more to a student-esque clientele. And following the setting of New Albion City, it is complete with modern plumbing and utilities.
The build size is 16x24 and is designed to work with ModCity 2.0. :^)
