NEON: MidTown City Center

On the plate, miles above LowTown, sits the center stratum of Neo City. Lightyears further along than the slums of LowTown, long gone are the crumbling buildings of the Last Era. Replaced by modern convenience and cramped living spaces, the people jam packed into this part of the city may face less daily violence… but they are no strangers to the grinding of the Corporate Machine.

Resources and space are scarce if you don’t have money. But hey… it’s a living.
