Based on the one medieval toilet I’ve actually seen — a box with a hole in it, set in a shallow alcove next to a larger room. It comes with a little ottoman for comfort and ease. As you can see, this is even scaled properly for medium-size humanoid minis! Do you realize how small their bladders are? They must be going constantly.
