Here is area’s A and B of the lady’s light cape in “The Curse of the Lady’s Light”, the 2nd book of the Shattered Star Champaign. This includes the hut of Maroux, a half-orc witch, the wreck of the impdrake, a sunken ship that is part of a quest given by Maroux, and a random encounter slab for parties that choose to cross the sandbar on the north end of the lady’s light cape. I did use module sand slabs and island pieces from a talestavern search. I alas do not remember who originally published them.
