(Modular)
A relatively well established and Inn/Tavern. A bartender is sat behind the counter, the smell of food and drink wafting from the kitchen behind. Patrons and barmaids mill about a beautiful wave of music can be heard from around the corner. On the second floor, a comfy lounge is available for lodgers seeking some peace and quiet by a fireplace, their rooms (and lavatories) right down the corridors. A beautiful terrace is available for those wanting a more romantic view and ambience; the brazier illuminating the area as a beautiful view is seen before them. The third floor, a more reclusive area found using the ladder by the stairs. Perhaps the owner/s of the place rest here, or perhaps its a room only available to those rich enough to afford it.
I Imagine this place would be used in the context of players wanting food and lodging of quality better than the average dive.
