The “Leaky Pint Tavern”

This tavern happens to be a location in my own game world, but I am sure it can be easily used in any medival-development-level fantasy setting.

The place happens to be owned by a chatty half-elf, who loves to hear the newest gossip from his customers. Adventurers who have exciting stories to share are most welcome. The building offers different forms of accomodation:

  • the cheapest: a simple straw bed in the attic, which doesn’t provide much privacy besides some old curtains between departments
  • a bit more expensive: a two bed room, simple yet comfortable
  • even more expensive: the entourage/group room with 4 beds and its own fireplace
  • like really expensive: the “best room”, with a single canopy bed and also its own fireplace

Besides that there’s the roomy taproom with chandliers, the owner’s own room (which is actually the best room in the house, but the customers don’t need to know that), the kitchen, an outhouse and a vault like, somewhat creepy basement.

  1. My players are probably getting caught by the local law enforcement next session. They can wait out their sentence but I’ve also added an option to escape via the sewers. My sewer system fit perfectly on your basement area of your tavern, and what a lovely tavern at that! Thank you for sharing this!

    • Thank you very much for your kind words! =)

It makes me very happy, that the inn might be put to good use, soon. I wish you and your players a great session!
If you like, please let me know what happened. =)
