Last of the First Campaign World Map (Updated with lights for night.)
Board

First of all, let me just say this map would be impossible without all of the other creators in talespire community. This is my first board ever so please give feedback and tips if you have any.
(I’M VERY SORRY IF I USED ANY OF YOUR CREATIONS AND DID NOT CREDIT YOU, IT TOOK OVER 5 MONTHS AND 50 HOURS TO MAKE AND I LOST TRACK OF ALL THE BOARDS/SLABS I PULLED FROM SO IF YOU SEE YOUR STUFF LET ME KNOW SO I CAN TAG YOU)
Shout out to the following for creating amazing assets that were both inspiring and contributed to this creation.

This is how I’m doing each kingdom on the paper map.
Kingdom: Tharahard
Race: Human
Major Cities: Skard and Skorn
History: used to be called “The Empire” and stretched from the sea of teeth, and used to encompass the entire region of Greenset. One of two human kingdoms and home to some of the largest cities and monuments in the world. One of the reasons for the expansive ability of Tharahard in the older days was how easy it was to become a citizen so it used to be the most diverse kingdom in the land, but after the breaking of the empire, most non humans have since migrated to the regions outside of the major cities.
Cities within Tharahard
Skard: still the main seat of power in the south. The king of Tharahard resides here as well as the point of origin for our adventures guild. Has a somewhat diverse population but over 50% of the population is human.
Skorn: largest port city in the known world. Contains a far more diverse population than Skard with only 25% of the population being pure human. Also houses one of the largest navys in the world, smaller only than the kingdom in the Amazon Isles. Has used brutal tactics throughout history to secure itself as the sea trade capital of the entire Southern Hemisphere. Civil wars have occurred sporadically throughout history between Skard and Skorn but the current age of wolves has caused unity between the cities.
Love the map, only complaint (Which might just be how maps are imported) is that the map isn’t at the origin point where all players viewpoints are going to be once they load into the board.
I actually used a ton of other maps off to the side for reference while building which threw my center off.
The trick for that with parties is to simply have them start on a different board and snap them where you want them on the map.
Good job.
Thanks
I freaking love this!
I never even thought of using Talespire for world mapping. I am absolutely going to convert my campaign’s hex-grid map to squares and build something similar for my game.
Thank you for the inspiration, my friends are going to love this if I manage to pull off anything of similar effect to what you did here.
Bravo
