ISC-1 “Starboardside” Corvette

The Interstellar Standard Corvette is an affordable ship designed for a crew of 4 or 5, featuring comfortable breakroom with hotracked bunks, a modest cargo airlock, a safely-enclosed reactor. It features a single turreted plasma cannon and showstopper torpedo. Although the ISC-1 lacks the top speed of premier frigates or capital ships, its rapid acceleration and armor & armament on its starboard side has earned it the eponymous nickname, “Starboardside”.
This ship is not designed for any system in particular, I just needed a break from designing megadungeons for my D&D players. If your game system supports it, the ship is designed to be relatively lightweight with a shield generator, with its armor focused on its right for kiting strikes. Like modern tanks, the idea would be that to save weight, the engineers put the majority of armor where it is intended to face the enemy. There are many (perhaps unnecessary) details modelled, such as wiring and life support conduits, maintenance crawlspace, or a vacuum toilet in the shower complete with an ejection tube. I recommend using cutaway to navigate this ship, and not the green slider, as I made it extremely compact, as a “starter” ship for a nonexistent space RPG. The ship also has radiators modelled, and I presumed the long cockpit hallway is designed for some sort of “warp coil” that needs a long length to spool the ship through subspace.
There’s a mostly-empty room for you to fill out, as suits the needs of your game. The orb on top is a shield generator, the blue dish on the keel is a deflector dish, which pushes away particles from the ship at FTL speeds, like Star Trek. Or it’s whatever you want.
