For almost two years now Heimdall has not lived alone. His cave once a simple place to eat and rest while he adventured has now become home also to Entropy.
Ofcourse let us not forget the others that sometimes stop by if the weather drives them to shelter. A lot has changed since these simple times the cold has grown more bitter, the wildlife more savage, and our cavern residents have been forced to build into the walls and off the ground to as to not risk freezing while they sleep, or falling victim to a wandering preditor.

BOARD NOTES

  • You may wish to immediately apply the atmosphere block on the landing platform to adjust lighting etc.
  • Some Wildlife found in the arctic tundra has been scattered about if the DM would like to take players hunting for food. 
    Beast locations/ Stat blocks / CR etc is at DM discretion, current locations are examples.
  • At the rear of the map there is a slab with map notes to indicate best levels for tile markers (Fog) (White) and (Green).
  • The intended location of this cave is somewhere on the outskirts of Ten Towns the DM may decide on its exact location in Icewind Dale.
    (alternatively this can be used as a tundra cave location in any campaign setting / location).
  • Players beware! the cave is sometimes used as shelter in storms by wandering wildlife, you may need to master your skills to cross the makeshift log bridge over the icey waters, and the frozen river surface is slippery and likely to collapse under your weight.
