The Seyto Manor, derelict and abandoned for years.  But recently, there are signs of life.  The pinnacle light is lit once more.  Someone sees a figure standing in the upper loft.  Papers blow from upper stories with unspeakable monstrosities and unreadable glyphs writ upon them.  And too many youngsters and too many old maids have disappeared.  Someone needs to investigate.  Someone brave enough to risk the old shogun’s curses… and risk facing the old demon Oni of Seyto.

This is a 24×24 tile multi-floor dungeon slab.  If you want to trim off the woodland, you should be able to do so with minimal/no loss of detail on the interior.  There is a lower “padlocked” door which, conceptually, can be opened by uncovering the key from the upper loft, and then, once unlocked, your players can discover a hidden door beneath the carpet therein.  Below are cages for sacrificial victims, and an old altar for a ravenous oni.  I stayed away from modern props, but you can easily convert this to a more contemporary Call of Cthulhu or other system with a few choice props, like modern kitchen sinks and such.

If you want darkness, you should know that is a green crystal light in the demonized Torii gate, red light beneath the sacrificial altar on the lower level, a white light beneath the floor of the secret dungeon entrance, two blue lights opposite the walls around the entry pool, and candles inside of the Japanese lanterns.  The lights in the large torches beneath are separate (my personal preference) so that they are easy to remove or add as your players explore.

Uses the obsolete larger Chair Aberration, found on older slabs like Blackwolf Majik’s carriage.

Edit 10/7:  added some more debris and webs for spookiness
