Vorgaard’s Estate is a major encounter in the Eyes of the Lich Queen Eberron adventure. About a 1/3 of the building has been set aflame by cultists who worship the Blood of Vol. The mansion isn’t at all what appears in the module, and I believe I borrowed most of the mansion from another creator (I forget who, please let me know if it’s you so I can give credit where it’s due). Additionally, the first and second floors are complete and there’s several ships immediately off-shore (the party’s ship and another that belongs to the cultists.
