A green dragon cave.
Based on Chlorandraxarous’s Lair from the 5e supplement Kingdoms and Warfare, with some artistic adjustments.
The pools are connected so that the dragon can either move about underwater, recharge dragons’ breath or flee. In the original encounter, the pools are filled with poisonous water, so the players can’t easily follow.
