Here is what was once called “Old Norm’s Speed Shop!” A quaint two speeder garage in a massive underground mall (hence the white walking space outside) with an attached apartment with an entrance out back. There’s been some folks camping down here for awhile, but that’s just because it’s right next to the local food stop.
