Carving paths through the older parts of Night City are the storm drain canals. Original intended to make sure Night City wasn’t flooded during rainstorm, these canals now sees little of their original use because of the arid climate of SoCal.
Now many of the overpasses are used as shelter by the many homeless souls of NC.
If you want an out of the way meeting spot for some shady dealings this might be the place for you. No how makes this their home is gonna tell anybody about it.
