These two buildings are included together because of their adjacency, but can certainly be split apart easily if needed. Sitting near the town square of Barovia Village, Bildrath's Mercantile is an insultingly overpriced shop, considering its the only store in the entire village. Next door, mournful sobs always emanate from Mad Mary's townhouse, a woman who kept her daughter locked inside for 16 years, until she finally ran away. The despondent Mary fears the worst.
Both buildings are fully furnished.
