I used https://talestavern.com/slab/circle-of-thunder/ as a base to start. After that, I just incorporated the caves into the hill and expanded things a little bit. The 3 wooden trapdoors are still on the top layer of the hill, they are just hidden under a pile of leaves and the 2 shrubs. You’ll also find Gorthok hidden within the DM overlay.
