Below the magocracy city is a series of tunnels filled with the freezing mists conjured to protect the city’s outer walls. Few ever venture into the depths except for smugglers and thieves. The party, however, found that a person of great interest to them had been consorting with these smugglers, and so they ventured down into these frigid depths to find them.
A small dungeon or battlemap that is an edit of the earlier adaptation of the Rhea Boum Aquaduct. The area has replaced water with freezing mist, added snow and ice, walkways, walls and a few structures that the smugglers use as offices or warmth.
