Working on small town. Has Hospital, goth club, police station, mini mall, gas/ quik mart, hotel and many more. Started basic sewers as well. Just added school, car showroom, bank, car wash, water treatment plant, train station and abandoned lot. Made changes to parking spaces.

pretty casual. cant decide if i like that there is less detail so others can put in their own or the fact that there is no detail makes it more realistic in terms of our current era where minimalism makes most things look boring and simple… either way all in all a great piece for use in a modern setting game.
