We are excited to announce a new TaleSpire Building Contest!

MadWizard and I, Istallri Astra, would like to invite you to join in to win the admiration of your peers, and most importantly win a Steam Gift Card of 50€!

Your goal is to build a new city exclusively using pieces found in Istallri’s Low Detail City collection for the TaleSpire community to enjoy. The judges will be looking for creativity, playability and overall aesthetics in the new slab. Other than that, have fun using TaleSpire.

Rules:

You will have until the 8th November 2020 to Submit a Slab of your work, BUT, everything must be done using the LOW DETAIL CITY tiles available here: https://talestavern.com/slab/low-detail-city-your-small-maps-bigger-than-life/

You can only use the tiles available in this pack to create a Slab that can be shared onto the Slab site.

Minor additions or modifications can be accepted if they respect the style of LOW DETAIL CITY. Though this must stay minor as everyone should play with the same base tiles.

Please upload your slab before the 8th November 2020 using the form below.

Each Submission needs:

  • the Slab Code,
  • a Picture/Screenshot of your build in clear day light
  • a short description of your Slab

Optionally you can add more screenshots for display and longer description.

Istallri’s Tips:

I would recommend you to first lay down a layer of roads and grass as a template, then on top build the main buildings and features (like defense walls, Docks, etc etc) and then fill out the rest.

Work with elevation to make your build look amazing! (You can add tiles not from LDC if you need to make elevation nicer)

Above all, have a blast building in TaleSpire!!

Additional information:

The Steam Gift Card will be given to the winner after reviewing of the Slabs and confirmation of the Steam profile. Any invalid Steam profile or account will be invalid to win.
The Gift card will be purchased for 50€, currency change may happen when you receive it (this is Steams doing).

This contest is organized by Istallri and MadWizard, which will not be able to participate or win any prizes. This holds true for any additional judges in the contest.

If you submit more than one slab, only the latest slab will be counted for the Contest. If you think that the latest Slab you uploaded is not correct, edit and upload the corrected one again.

This contest is not related, endorsed or linked to Bouncyrock, we are just using TaleSpire as a building tool and Tales Tavern as a host.
