The Faded Territories

How does someone define good vs evil? Motives matter, definitely but what if they both have 'good' motives? What would one do then? When war wages between the Faded Territories and "The Darkness" we find The Heroes caught between good vs evil. Or maybe it's good vs good or evil vs evil. Do ends really justify the means? Does it really matter what you meant to do vs what the end result is?
