River town – Hocheleben

A small and foggy little town from Averland, Hocheleben is the last settlement that river trade reach on the Reik. To the displeasure of the authorities, a river people gambling den is currently hosting great parties in the form of a ship near the town offering foreign drugs, scamming those curious enough to try their luck and much more.
I made this map for a game of warhammer I hosted, but it may very well fit with any fantasy setting. NPCs are still on the board, many of them named in french.
