Welcome to Grimshore Asylum, a multi leveled facility on a remote island containing those in need of psychiatric aid, shelter, or confinement (for your most notorious villains). Your players will need to hire a ship to ferry them out to Grimshore and, provided the weather doesn’t turn for the worse, bring them safely home. Within you will find 8 wards (or 4 wards each with 2 floors) to hold 52 inpatients, a refectory, a courtyard, upper levels for guard housing, and the wardens chamber within the high tower.

Hey N1GHTF4LL! The Asylum is awesome. I’m actually looking to use the majority of it for the Asylum of the Shattered Heart. Part of my expansion to any 5E Ravenloft Campaigns, if that was okay with you? I’ve turned it into an actual Asylum on Land instead of an island and I’m adding another Hall in the basement as the Asylum of the Shattered Heart has 9 Halls where they keep inmates based on the type of “Ailment” they showed. Let me know if this is okay with you or not, really this is some great work!
