A tavern located within some nondescript sewers with a hidden Thieves Guild just beneath the tavern.
A sewers network connects to both the guild and the tavern for networking with other underground/sewer locations.
The guild contains a planning room, training room, potions room, sleeping quarters, treasure room, storage room, and a guild master’s quarters (contains a hidden switch to unlock the gate to the treasure room).
The Tavern, which I like to call Tasha’s Cauldron, has one main bar, a second kitchen bar, rooms for rent, and a kitchen.
