This is an adaptation of the Old Forest Tower from the Pathfinder 2E adventure path Extinction Curse. I had to change a few things to align them to the grid, and I didn’t quite get the placement of the shaft running through the tower in a central location, but it should be functional. I also didn’t place any creatures except for the golem in the secret tunnel. The stairs should be possible to climb, but there are also markers at the base of each staircase to pull players in.
