The Blightclaws are a series of loosely-connected raider groups made up of outcasts, rejects, murderers, rapists, and all other sorts horrible people that have been afflicted by the ongoing plague of lycanthropy. Their leader, Hrok the Ferocious, has lead a large group of his lackeys to lay waste to a small settlement South of the Capital City Lyu.
