I think this map is done now, its essentially built as a 1 shot.

Party starts outside, they were hired to investigate a slew of missing persons reports. Over the course of their investigation they realized this tavern came up many times.

the progression (at least in my mind) is as follows

1. Party starts outside and the two small stools on the outside of the tavern are essentially sentries to keep watch
2. once inside there is a check in counter, if the pass phrase is spoken he will open the door to the back room (a large gambling den). otherwise basic tavern on the upper section
3. in the back there are a few guards but mostly just a typical back room.

in sewer section there is a puzzle (however you want to do it) to unlock the secret door to the mine.
