Terrain: Dungeon

from the 1999 game darkstone

In the original puzzle I believe you had to collect coloured orbs to unlock the statues (you could add this in as a dungeon crawl to collect all 6 coloured eye orbs – or just run it as a puzzle for whatever reason)

players see

a mystical orb, 3 statues in order of gold, silver, bronze from left to right, a glowing sun emblem in the middle of the room, a door next to the orb, roman numerals in north,east,south,west and different coloured tiles between them

players touch the orb at the end of the room – it projects these words on the wall behind

‘Three brothers, born one after the other from richest to poorest, the zenith is the origin. the first is one week old, the third is the number of brothers and the second is equal to the sum of the other two.’

You will need to keep track fo which statue is which (sadly you can’t paint assets / upload assets yet)

The Roman Numerals on the floor are III, VI, IX and XII.

Dm’s only –

Comes with 2 atmosphere blocks for bright / dim lighting

The room depicts a clock with 12-3-6-9 shown. the other numbers are the light colours tiles between the dark coloured tiles

Solution –

Gold goes on 7, Silver on 10 and Bronze on 3.

  1. Hey mate I believe your Roman Numerals are incorrect:
    “The Roman Numerals on the floor are III, VI, IX and XII.
    Solution –
    Gold goes on 7, Silver on 10 and Bronze on 3.”

    Unless I missed something, I THINK you ment to have:
    III = 3
    VII = 7
    X = 10
    XII = 12
