Westgate (massive)

Board

This is my attempt at a FULL-SIZE faithful recreation of Westgate from D&D. First and foremost; almost nothing in this board is my original work, I mostly just took assets from this website (talestavern.com) and combined them to fit my needs. I would prefer to give credit to each creator individually, but I failed to keep up with all of the creators who’s assets I used. Instead, I dedicate this map to all of the creators on Tales Tavern. Thank you all.

This board includes almost every landmark building in the maps of Westgate I could find (churches, taverns, shops, secret cults, everything.). In the maps Westgate has some irregular streets that intersect at odd angles. This is difficult to do in Talespire, so I re-imagined the map with a grid-style layout but was as faithful as I could be to the source maps. I am pleased with how this came together, and hope someone out there gets some enjoyment out of it.

Warning: this map is too large, and most computers have difficulty rendering it. If I was going to re-make this map, I would likely break it out into a few boards instead of one massive board as I’ve done here. That being said, the scale is truly incredible and larger than anything I’ve seen on Tales Tavern (likely because other creators wisely choose to make smaller and easier-to-render maps).
