I made this for myself but perhaps it may be of use to you.  Often I want a randomized checkerboard floor, and waste time rotating piece after piece.   Avoided are any blocks bigger than 1x1x.05, as well as overly detailed pieces such as Moorgoth Floor that do not (in my opinion) lend well to patterned tiles. “Striped” pieces such as SciFloor Rubber or any of the wood tiles keep their lines parallel; otherwise, all pieces are in a randomized rotation to prevent identical texture patterns.

Rotate 90º any chunk onto itself or onto another for a tiled floor.
