Welcome to the Forest Fane.
To the south west of the Tser Encampment lies the Forest Fane. When I run Ravenloft I usually decide if Madam Eva is like in Curse of Strahd or if like Expedition to Castle Ravenloft. Regardless, an Annis Hag and three hill giants (ogres if you want to take it easy on players) defend the fane from the invaders!
In the original 3E Expedition to Castle Ravenloft you had to defeat all the Fanes to weaken Strahd and empower yourselves!

Ch. 2E-A-1: The Forest Fane
A loud rustling in the undergrowth and snapping of branches in the trees announces the arrival of three hulking figures. They tower above even Madam Eva’s monstrous form, and their bestial faces snarl down at you in fury
