Forgotten Temple (Upper)

This is the first (upper) level of the Forgotten Temple map, used for the cultist ziggurat in Ur and other encounters.

Players enter from the central staircase. The hide volumes were tricky for this one, so I have added floor tiles over the staircase down (in the small room in the northeast), but the stairs should be revealed to players entering the room – unless you want to add a secret lever or similar.

The lower level is a separate board: Forgotten Temple (Lower).

If you don’t want to use the same map for every Forgotten Temple dungeon crawl, you can take your pick of neat dungeon maps here on Tales Tavern.

• In Thebes, I used Tomb of the Eternal Thirst by Caterpillar for the upper level, deleting the generator, obviously, and adding concealed stairs to the lower level, as well as some story beats to accommodate the other weirdness.
