A small faction of svirfneblin—also known as deep gnomes—has established an underground lair beneath the Tegefed Mountains. When these svirfneblin were still young and foolhardy, they left the Underdark in search of precious stones. These smiths call themselves the kagu-svirfneblin—Gnomish for “stone-seekers.”
