RC Night Market
Board

This is a board based off of the RC Night Market featured in Tales of the Red: Street Stories, Haven’t Got a Stitch to Wear. It also includes Ms. Mynah’s Night Market from Black Chrome. This is a absolute beast of a board, featuring hundreds of individually labelled minis and including every possible night market in the core rules, every released DLC up to 12/27/24, and all of the small merchants from Haven’t got a Stitch to Wear, as well as my version of Home’s night market hidden behind Ms. Mynah’s office. Board notes are as follows:
-
- All shops can be opened or closed by using the hide volume feature. When closed, they will turn off their lights and remove all items from the table. This is not true for Home, Ms. Mynah’s NM, or the various kiosks around the mall.
- Elflines Online has been condensed into 1 shop
- All the Holiday DLC have been condensed into one shop. This year I am officially out of space to expand so it will need to be moved next year. (Bless you R. Tal) I recommend keeping this shop open during December.
- All Core Rulebook markets are located on the second floor, and have the percentage dice numbers listed with them for easy rolling. I recommend rolling these in advance, then rolling 2d6 when the players go shopping, so you can quickly open a market for them.
- The bottom floor is all DLC. I keep the minor kiosks open all the time, and roll a die equal to the number of shops twice to determine what shops are open when they visit. It is officially full, so I have begun to fill the 3rd floor, starting with the Lifestyle DLCs and Elflines.
- My homebrew restaurant, Burg n’ Jointz is also on Floor 3. It sells fast food kibble burgers and fries, as well as whatever other fast food you want to add, and Joints are included with all combos. Yes, weed. You may use this how you desire.
This is a ongoing project and has been for years, please let me know if there is anything you see that is missing or can be improved upon.
All my Night Markets have items converted into minis with the price attached, so the crew can easily shop by pressing Tab and seeing the available items and their prices.
All minis on my boards have stats based on the following order of stats:
- Head Armor (BP Glass)
- Body Armor (SDP)
- Mag 1
- Mag 2
- Luck
- Humanity
- Init/Move
- Focus (CN/ Rep)
As a GM you only really need to worry about 1-4, 7 and 8
Warning: Some minis are from Heroforge packs, you will have to replace the figure in order to see them in game. I recommend using the morph feature to change it without losing the stats.
