Nuclear Power Plant
Slab

The NeoTokyo Core Reactor looms like a metal titan over the decaying outskirts of the city, its massive cooling towers rising into the smog-filled sky. Surrounded by layers of concrete fences, weapon turrets, security drones, and rusting checkpoints, this nuclear power plant hums with a deep, low-frequency buzz that never stops. The long-abandoned reactor inside is still filled with active nuclear fuel leftover from when the plant went critical. The concrete walls contain most of the radiation, so it is more or less considered “safe”. At least safe enough for the poor folk that live nearby.
