A small starting area with a tavern, small waterfall and forested area, and two houses. This is meant to be the starting base for my players there are a couple small encounters to explore including, a living scarecrow in the cornfield and the cursed/haunted house. I gave the house to my players for clearing it, it is now their starter base for this region.
