Beneath the city, a secret cult performs profane rituals under the feet of unsuspecting citizens.

As the focus of this build was intended to be the sewer site below, I grabbed some random buildings by sKRiBEL to populate the city above. I also pulled in “City Tree Base” by WinstonTheButterfly1 for some decoration in an empty plot. Credit goes out to them for those quick drop ins on the surface.
