In a universe in which a supreme being has decided the best way to deal with the chip on his shoulder is to start annihilating civilizations planet by planet, eventually some ragtag collective of heroes will answer the call to shove a boot up his astronomically large posterior. Once they breach the supreme being’s planet cracking starship and ascend to its central core (seemingly held in another dimension, of all places!) there they will find their adversary, and engage in a battle to save the galaxy–perhaps, even the entire universe!
